I had a video consultation with Dr Birtle and from the first minute I was put at ease and this continued throughout my conversation with her.
She was patient, understanding and extremely reassuring.
I felt I could ask questions and was given honest answers.
Dr Birtle is very patient focussed and oozes empathy in what can only be described as a difficult time for a patient.
At the end of the consultation ( which was never hurried) I knew exactly my plan of treatment.
I have total trust in this experienced, knowledgable, caring consultant.
She is a credit to her profession.
