Prof Birtle was excellent in my consultation, I got more out of this appointment and more help than other consultations at different sites.
Prof Birtle gave a clear way forward for care and not just treatment plus several actions I can do myself to help manage symptoms.
I came away feeling positive rather than frustrated which can be the result sometimes.
