On my first visit to the Oncology clinic i saw Dr Birtle who spent a great deal of time asking me about my life and medical history and explaining my position as she saw it. On my second visit things were a little more rushed and i had to make a decision that i at the time was quite difficult, i do realise that Dr Birtle was on call and under pressure. I am quite sure Dr Birtle has my best interest at heart and i can rely on her to do the best for me.
