My Sister and I took my mother to see Dr Fawzi on the 13th November and we were so impressed . He came out to the waiting room apologised that he was running late and then introduced himself to all of us and asking for our names. We then had an excellent consultation , explaining everything and then reinforcing and checking that we all understood . He went beyond what was expected of him ! At the end of the consultation he said goodbye making the effort to remember all of our names! Thank you Dr Fawzi and St Peters x
