Dr Ahmed-Shuaib really listens to you and treats you like an intelligent human being with choices about your treatment and care. You never feel like just another number. I now ask for him by name each time I visit the GP surgery. I was particularly impressed last week when I was asked to fill in a form but was given the wrong form by the receptionist. Dr Ahmed-Shuaib spotted the error, got a new form, filled it in for me and phoned me at home to let me know he'd left it at the desk for me to sign. This prevented a delay in my renewal for a medical exemption care, ensuring my continuing treatment...very impressive.
