Dr Alex is always pleasant and caring and I never feel rushed. The surgery could improve with some fresh air in the waiting room - I always worry about what I might catch in the stuffy atmosphere. I am pleased they have done away with the 'one complaint only' rule. I thought that was wrong & most patients appreciate the time factor.
