Time was taken to ask me questions, get to know me and go through my medical history. Information was given to me in a really valuable way. Explained in my language and the rationale behind the explanation was clearly given.
Plans for the future in terms of investigations and planning was explained clearly.
He made me feel comfortable and there was no rush.
I’m so grateful that the time was taken and delivered like this. I felt he was being himself and I rate that so highly. Thank you.
