My first meeting with Dr Mayet was under very sad circumstances for my husband and I - our baby died at birth. He was assigned to us and has shown nothing but 100% care and attention. I feel we have a good raport and I have no qualms about seeing him whatever the problem - I will always request to see him. He has continued to support me and show interest although as this happened in 2006 I don't see him as much as I did. He has helped me by referring me for counselling and has also been very supportive of me during my subsequent pregnancies - my current pregnancy started off a bit rocky and Dr Mayet was again very on-hand and happy to help and reassure me where he could. I feel he listens well and doesn't seem to be ushering you out of the door to allow him to see his next patient!
