Because of being part of a big practice, it was not always possible to see my chosen doctor but if I could wait I would rather have seen Dr Mayet because he understood all my problems. He was responsible for most of the treatment and diagnosis of my problems and helped me to get through them.
As for the surgery I am sure the staff did their best but trying to get through on the phone for an appointment was extremely difficult or trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy normally resulted in having to visit personally.
