Very reassuring when we had concerns about our new baby. First time he referred us to confirm the diagnosis. Later on he was empathetic about a further query, sharing personal experience appropriately and suggesting options for management in future with timescales. He was clear that there wasn't one "right way" for our daughter but a series of choices, and made us feel confident about our choice not to medicate for now in the knowledge we can try things in future if necessary. Also willing to quickly discuss a concern of mine during the same appointment which saved time and anxiety. Friendly manner with clear, professional communication style. Highly recommended. I can't think of anything to improve!
