This man actually managed to stop me smoking using just one sentence. I had smoked for fifty years but his explanation of what was most likely to happen if I continued was put in such a manner I took note and stopped. There was no throw away line that we continually get but no longer hear, but a detailed description of my bodies functions and damage caused. Uses the same approach with other ailments. Always very helpful.
