Dr Jawad followed a very structured process to exclude all other conditions, and was clear in his questioning and the conclusions and recommendations that he made.
He listened carefully.
It was a very thorough and comprehensive consultation and I felt confident in his approach and hopeful finally that we have a diagnosis and plan
