Professor Gatrad has treated all 3 of my children through the difficult stages of diagnosis for coeliac disease. My eldest child who also has has Aspergers Syndrome has found diet adjustment particularly traumatic, at a time when change was complicated for him as he was transitioning to secondary school. At all stages, Professor Gatrad has been kind, considerate and professional with both ourselves and most importantly with our children. They trust him implicitly and so do we.
