My 14 year old son saw Prof Gatrad at Walsall Manor Hospital. Firstly my sons appointment came really quick, and upon arrival we did not wait very long at all. Prof Gatrad was excellent he took time to speak to Jack and most of all listened to what Jack said. I would like to thank Prof Gatrad for his excellent approach and proffesionalism.
