Dr Janmohamed is a bright young professional doctor. He listened carefully to my issues and considered what should be done. He was very personable and easy to talk to and asked questions that seemed to be pertinent to my case. He used time efficiently whilst not making me feel that I had to rush. He discussed the issues with me in a way that I could understand and explained what would happen next. My case from first seeing Dr Janmohamed to its conclusion followed the process that he described.
Having had blood tests and an echo-cardiogram, I do wonder as a "lay-person" if there would have been some wider value in spending more time in me hearing the medical interpretation of each test result.
However with reference to the purpose for which I came to the surgery I felt overall that I received a polite, friendly, professional and thorough service within the normal time available.
