He is without doubt a very focussed and experienced doctor. Specialising in the very complex shoulder joint. Initially I had a little difficult communicating via secretaries. But I understand his long term secretary had recently retired. For the treatment and procedures he clearly explained what my shoulder damage was, and the plan for repair using very high definition CT Scan, x-rays, and a plastic model. Practically no delay when arriving at appointments at the planned times for consultations and follow up assessments. He managed to accommodate my surgery needs into his already busy schedule. Clearly explained what to do and what not to do prior to and after operations. Most important was that he made me feel confident in the process and outcome. Especially as I had never had broken bones before and needed temporary (4 month) steelwork to stabilise the joint to achieve the best healing. Generally made me feel at ease whilst going through the whole steelwork insertion and removal four months later. I highly recommend Mr Hatrick. The Montefiore Hospital is great. Just had some long waits on phone when trying to contact imaging department.
