My service was very personalised and changed as my needs and goals changed. There was never a ridged plan, so it was flexible and easy to follow. The support I received was very accessible from 1-1 face to face support to email contacts when required. Whenever I sent an email, I would always get one back within 48 hours or a phone call so we could discuss the issue in more depth. I was given information in a number of different formats so I could refer back to this when need. I had a very friendly and professional service and felt very supported throughout my journey and always made me feel they had time for me,, never rushed.. He always listened to me and challenged me to reflect on things I was concerned about, to work out solutions for my self. I will be keeping in touch as I achieve more and more. All appointments were booked around my job, only issue was the parking at the hospital was difficult at times, but this is being addressed.
