From the first time I met Dafydd, he was really kind and approachable. He understood my needs, there was no judgement from him and he was so supportive. I met him nearly 2 years ago now, and every session we had (from pre-op assessment to 18 months post-op Bariatric surgery review) he has been so informative and amazing. He's always made time to answer any of my queries and always helped ease my concerns about any issues. Whether it was diet related or surgery related. He is very knowledgeable about every bariatric need (ranging from vitamins & nutrients needed for gym activity, to what I will need and when I will need extra care and nutrients when I want to start conceiving). I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have - and my friend who went through the same bariatric surgery as me a year later also speaks high praises about him. I'm almost sad that I won't be seeing him every 6 months now! His reviews were always so pleasant and I always came away from them feeling amazing.
