Was referred for a very complex wisdom tooth extraction that was outside the scope of other dentists clinical skills (extraction was absolutely necessary).

I was seen recently for extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth by Dr Yusuf and I can wholeheartedly recommend him for any of your surgical treatment. Incredibly professional start to finish, he also had the ability to put me at complete ease. Ahead of the appointment he was clear about what to expect both during and after and I was well prepared as a consequence with my home care. During the appointment, Yusuf made sure I was completely numb before we started. I barely felt the injections, clearly gentle with his touch! And no tops required during which is always bonus. Extracting a wisdom tooth was never going to be fun, but as extractions go, this one wasn’t too bad. Despite being a tough one and a fair amount of time in the chair, the overhead TV, playlist of my choice and banter from the team made the appointment whizz by! Mild discomfort and swelling following the treatment but all very manageable. Incredibly pleased with the outcome and FINALLY rid of my nuisance tooth. A big thanks to Dr Yusuf for taking on what two other dentists had already told me they couldn’t.

I saw Dr Yusuf to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. Even though I am a dentist myself I was super nervous but couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Yusuf was understanding, patient and obviously hugely skilled! I wouldn’t refer my own patients anywhere else now.

I trusted Yusuf totally because of his confident thorough approach. He explained every stage carefully and also was friendly and relaxed.
I'm over 70 with very poor teeth and the process took a while. Absolutely no pain at any stage, either in the dentist chair or subsequently.

Yusuf graduated in dentistry from King’s College London in 2012. He worked in general practice as a foundation dentist and then went on to do three years of dental core training. Initially, within multiple dental specialties at Guy’s Hospital London, he then did two years of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and Russells Hall Hospital Dudley. Here he managed patients who had sustained facial injuries and fractures as well as those requiring oral cancer surgery. Alongside these appointments, he also completed his examinations to attain the The Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery.
He completed his Oral Surgery specialist training program at Guy’s Hospital London and King’s College Hospital London in 2021 and following the completion of his specialist exams he became a GDC registered specialist oral surgeon and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. Yusuf has also published nine research papers in the field of Oral Surgery and has completed a post graduate diploma in Implant Dentistry.
Yusuf prefers to be minimally invasive in all oral surgery procedures and particularly enjoys making the dental experience calming and comfortable for all patients. His aim is to provide the ultimate luxury dental experience for everyone who sees him.
When away from his dental instruments, Yusuf often picks up his DIY tools and does odd jobs around the house. He also enjoys running and reading a good book when he isn’t busy with family life.
