I was really nervous as I needed to have a molar extracted. Dr Merali made me feel much calmer by explaining the anaesthetic, the procedure and telling me that if I wanted him to stop at any time, just to raise my hand.
He reminded me to breathe and told me what was happening throughout- overall 'bedside manner' was brilliant
I was genuinely shocked when he told me that it was all done- it was so quick and he made it seem so simple (I know it wasn't as this tooth has been giving me trouble for 10 years and has been worked on repeatedly by another dentist)
Thank you Dr Merali- you are honestly the best dentist I've ever been to
