All good. Nothing to improve, the care is excellent. Mrs Yella always explains what is about to happen, and what to expect. Checks everything is fine as she goes along. After any procedure she explains anything to look out for that is normal and what isn't. .. and listens. She is efficient, yet patient with her patient.
