Thank you so much for your care and attention over the past few weeks, pre and post operation. Your attention to detail in the way you explained the procedure and the options I had, through to actually carrying out the operation, meant that I knew exactly what was in store and had no questions I needed to ask, as you simply covered everything I needed to know. The fact you have presentations too from historic ops you have performed and recovery stats etc. which helped me decide on the route I wanted to take but also to make a well informed choice over what would be best for me, all adds to you being fantastic at what you do. Your passion for your job is enlightening. It is reassuring to know doctors like yourself exist and for that I am so grateful and very thankful, there really are not many words to justify the respect I and others have for you all. Keep up the great work - it is respected and appreciated so very much.
