I had initial consultation with Mr Lambe regarding my breast uplift, he answered all my questions and explained the procedure. He has a very friendly and reassuring manner. All further queries were answered very promptly by Jayne. The operation seemed to go well, I had some pain when I came round, but took painkillers for them. There was minimal pain after that; I didnt take any further pain killers. The hospital accommodation was comfortable, and the food was very good. But on my post op consultations, I saw that the shape of my left breast was perfect, but not the right one, which had a squashed and flattened look . It has now been 2 months, and although there has been improvement in the shape of the right breast, it is still not a normal shape. So I cant at this stage give a final verdict on the result, it will depend on whether the right breast acquires a normal shape. There were some admin problems, I was initially billed for the whole cost of the operation even tho I had already paid. It was for a different hospital and I think it was sent to me by mistake. Also I had a number of requests for payments which were not due, this would seem to be mistakes by the Admin team. Also it wasnt made plain, unless I missed it, that only the first post op consultation had free dressings, we were due to pay for all the following dressings changes. My previous operations had been with another cosmetic surgery chain, where all dressings were included in the operation fee, so I hadn’t realised it was different here. To be fair tho, the surgeon paid for my subsequent dressings so I didnt pay anything.

I would highly recommend Mr Lambe, Jayne and all the team , my experience was exceptional from start to finish, Mr Lambe is very calming and reassuring and I knew immediately I’d made the right decision. I’m more than happy with the result and the aftercare was excellent with Jayne being more than helpful

Mr Lambe is one of a kind. A perfectionist, highly skilled professional who takes the utmost care to deliver only the highest surgical standards. He’s a rare combination of highly talented individual with a wonderful and calming persona, always puts you at your ease and manages your expectations realistically. He leads a stellar team of highly experienced and equally wonderful staff. His right hand person Jayne who handles the admin and customer relations is an absolute legend. They are the Batman and robin of plastic surgery and Reflect clinic excels because of this dynamic duo. After having 8 children including twins, 5 natural deliveries and all breast my body had been through the mill. I plucked up the courage to look into having a mummy makeover and give something back to myself and Jayne instantly put me at ease. I’ve just completed my second round of surgery following on from the Mummy Makeover and undergone a course of lipo, hernia repairs and an invisible arm lift. The procedure went as smooth as the first one and it was lovely to see the Reflect family again. The staff at Aset are wonderful and my aftercare handled with the same consideration as before. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing group of individuals to anyone considering any form of plastic surgery. It is worth every single penny. Thank you Mr Lambe, Jayne and the team. You’ve given me back my confidence and my pre pregnancy figure!
