3 months after a complete knee replacement I was disappointed with my NHS progress and heard about Weybridge & Walton Physiotherapy. I rang them, was able to get an appointment really quickly and then continued with a thorough course of treatment . All the staff were friendly, efficient and my physiotherapist, Gill was brilliant! Very punctual, friendly and extremely good at anatomical analysis and working out just what was going on and what needed to be done. She was the consummate professional, she made you feel that you were her most important client and then you knew she would make the next person feel the same. The use of technology was very helpful visually and the follow ups with email, text etc were efficient without being intrusive. I am so relieved to be fully mobile again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I saw Tara Crossley for a chronic knee problem that I had from a sports injury many years ago. I'd had previous physio and a key-hole surgery on the knee which hadn't solved the problem. At the first session with Tara she almost immediately diagnosed that I'd torn the cruciate ligament and probably the meniscus and she referred me to a knee specialist right then. The specialist confirmed that the ACL was torn and the meniscus was shredded and booked me in for an operation which was successful. Tara then helped with my re-hab and was excellent. I am now running and cycling and my knee is at last stable. I can't thank Tara enough, finally getting my knee problem diagnosed and treated has made a huge difference to my life-style and I'll be forever grateful. I am delighted to recommend Tara Crossley and Weybridge and Walton Physiotherapy, they are very professional and gave me a really high level of care.

I was recommended to Paolo Alfieri by my consultant for my condition of Peripheral Vestibulopathy which is a balance related issue. As we were going away for an extended period, i needed some quick effective action and a treatment plan. Paolo provided this and over a 2 week period with 3 lots of balance related exercises every day, I have improved considerably and my confidence has also improved. He has provided me with a regime which I can continue with whilst away and I am hopeful that after a few months, my condition will have effectively been "cured".

I have suffered chronic knee pain for years and have had previous physio in London clinics that was pretty ineffective. Emma is the first physio who has really understood the problem with my knees and she has worked really hard with me to get movement back, ease my muscles out and get me moving better. I am now pretty pain free (for someone with patella femoral and low level rheumatoid arthritis) and I never thought I'd get there. Tough treatment but totally worth it. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Took my 7yr old to be treated for a sore heel (planta fasciitis) at Weybridge Physiotherapy and he was treated by Tara Crossley who was superb with him. Tara has children herself and this was evident in how empathetically she spoke to my son. She was extremely thorough and professional and her follow up email was so quick and gave excellent tips for what we could do and included a link of where we could buy shock absorbing heel cups, which have proved to be amazing. Couldn't recommend the practice and Tara more highly, especially for children.

I would recommend this clinic. I have been treated in the Walton practice for many months and have always been very happy with the treatment, the courtesy and the professionalism by my physiotherapist (Katie). I felt I received all the information I needed and always had trust and confidence in the treatments proposed. I feel much better now, but will definitely be back, should the need arise.

I received highly professional and effective treatment from Emma Dodd for problems in my right arm which was constantly going numb and keeping me awake at night. I had feared I would need surgical intervention but Emma quickly discovered the cause of my problem, which was tightening of the joints in my neck and shoulder. After about 6 sessions the problem seems to be resolved and I have far more movement in my neck and shoulder joints than I had before. She explained what would be needed and what she was doing as she manipulated me, which I very much appreciated. Emma is a very pleasant person to be with and I can honestly say I enjoyed the sessions I had with her and will recommend her to friends.

I was reassured from the moment I arrived that they would be able to help me. I found Emma to be very sympathetic to how I felt and also clear on what I had to do to help myself get better. The rest of the staff were always very friendly. Information about exercises I had to do arrived via email very promptly. I would definitely recommend Walton and Weybridge Physiotherapy.

I've been working with Weybridge and Walton Physiotherapy on my Knee after undergoing recent Surgery. I initially started my post operative care with the Hospital however this was very disengaged and after a few session I had not made much progress. After speaking to my Consultant I was recommended the Weybridge and Walton Physiotherapy clinic and what a difference this has made to my recovery. I'm working with Tara from the Clinic and I must say she is has helped my recovery immensely. The sessions have been engaging and she has used modern day technologies like the iPad to outline issues with Knee through video capture. This has then allowed me to understand what the issues are and I have then been able to work on them with her help and support. In addition to this the exercises and recovery steps Tara has outlined have been really straightforward. None of the recovery steps have resulted in additional pain or Knee problems and I can report the strength in my Knee is coming back very quickly. I must also say whenever I drop a note out to Tara regarding my Knee and recovery she will always reply back and give me detailed information which has not only helped with my understanding but also helped outline other steps I can take in my recovery. Tara's support has been great and I would recommend her any day ;-)
