I recently had an accident whilst skiing and sustained a nasty injury to my calf muscle. Although both my Husband and I have used this physiotherapy practise before, this is the first time I have seen Tara and I'm not disappointed, she is brilliant at her job, I hobbled in and am now walking out. Clear explanation and due attention to how my muscle needed and should heal and how long it would take.. good clear instruction for exercises and a positive approach to my injury has helped me mend quickly. The physiotherapy team are all specialised in different areas of the anatomy so whatever the problem there will be a physio who can put it right. I would highly recommend this practise. Once again a big Thank you to Tara Crossley for getting me up and running again.
