I was referred by my doctor for physiotherapy for a knee complaint, I am in training for a half marathon and was having some muscle problems...
After several sessions with Rob involving some physio, technique improvement, pre and post run stretching exercises I left feeling so much fitter and confident in my ability to complete my challenge.
