Tara Crossley has been rehabilitating me following an ACL reconstruction and ramp meniscus tear in March 2015 at the Walton and Weybridge Physiotheraphy practise . As a keen sportsman, regaining mobility and start training again was very important to me. I've been hugely impressed by Tara’s specialist knowledge, professionalism and commitment to ensuring treatments reflect the latest thinking and research in. Her passion for rehabilitating patients is truly impressive and I feel very fortunate to be treated by her at the Walton and Weybridge facility. The facilities are first class, with modern treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines in a separate and dedicated fitness studio. I was eager to understand the logic behind the stages and nature of treatments. Tara patiently and comprehensively explained what was happening and why at each stage of my treatment, building complete trust in her approach. At each stage, Tara and the surgeon, Paul Trikha, were exchanging regular updates ahead of appointments so remain aligned on my care, never missing a beat. I'm overwhelmingly impressed with my rehabilitation care and programme with Tara, to the point where I look forward to my treatments as another step forward, rather than an ouch on the couch! It's also been really refreshing to be treated by a fellow athlete who understands a sports person’s motivations to recover, both mentally and physically. Tara's ability to tailor and revise the programme was very impressive as she gauged fitness levels, speed of progress and recovery. I’m now up to running 6 miles with no knee pain, less than 6 months post-surgery, and can’t recommend Tara highly enough.
