I picked up a back problem that needed attention and WWP were very friendly over the phone and very quick to fit me in. After a thorough analysis, Aislinn was able to ease the initial discomfort I was experiencing and then set me up with a manageable plan of stretches and strengthening exercises and advice on bio-mechanics that took into consideration my available time and lifestyle (two young children, sedentary work environment etc.). After a number of visits and tweaks to my strengthening/stretching plan, the pain had cleared and Aislinn was happy with my improvement.
Needless to say I would highly recommend the Weybridge & Walton Physiotherapy Team.
