I needed help to overcome an injury to my hip caused by an underlying injury where my knee ligaments had been torn and I'd not got round to getting that sorted properly.
I had several sessions with Anneri and she quickly assessed the injuries I had, and dealt with the hip first as that was causing the most acute pain. She programmed me with various exercises that quickly dealt with the hip issue by strengthening key muscles and flexibility and then dealt with the underlying issue with my knee ligaments. The treatment was a combination of targeted exercises and some ultrasound massage which has fully resolved the problem. I am now pain free, stronger and am back to full movement with improved running technique so am continuing to rebuild my fitness.
If I have any kind of relapse, or any further injury in the future, I will not hesitate to go straight back here to get it sorted.
