Simply excellent!
From the moment I stepped into the physiotherapy section of the building -staff are helpful, caring and courteous. They provide a truly professional approach: by addressing and providing a clear explanation to the root cause(s) of the problem. The physiotherapist conducted a thorough examination and evaluation of the problem area and explained a plan for goals for me to meet and outcomes. It doesn't end there though - I was provided with advice on self management through tailored exercises to help re-educate my muscles to reduce recurrence of the problem or, to serve as a preventative measure.
The best thing about all of this, is that I did not have to rely on prescriptions for Diazapam, Codeine or anti-inflammatory drugs and their effects.
Finally, I could not have returned to work as quickly without this, in that I did not have to wait for weeks or months to be seen. Thank you ever so much.
