Had several sessions with Rob Marlow, over the course of a few months. Robs approach is excellent - he looks for long term improvement through exercise / stretches etc and really made me understand the approach being taken. This is in contrast to physio many years ago which had a short term, hands on approach.
Being able to touch my toes for the first time in years might sound minor achievement, but to me it was amazing.
I highly recommend Rob.
