First and foremost Weybridge and Walton Physio tackled my wrist problem with competence and great knowledge, and helped me to understand what exactly was wrong and how I could manage and fix it, which is essentially what I wanted from the sessions. I would use them again! The injury was preventing me from doing one of the things I enjoy most, and for hobbies where you need to be confident in the way your body reacts to different stresses and why, it is quite distressing if something goes wrong and you don't know how to fix it/feel like you might be doing permanent damage. My sessions solved that, and I now understand the injury and how to right it. (I hope this next bit will be useful criticism, it's not a complaint) I would definitely recommend W&W Physio, but was a little disappointed when I sent an email with some questions between appointments and didn't hear back for more than a week-I had to send a second email and eventually ask reception to see if the email had been received before getting a reply, which came brief, with typos and no apology. I also think the exercises could have been explained more thoroughly. Since they are the crux of seeing good results, I think the instructions need to be near-enough fool proof so that when the patient is at home without the physio to correct them (as will be the case for the bulk of the treatment), they will be doing them well. Perhaps common sense was assumed, but in the case of paying for physio I would rather be treated like I am new to it than relying on my own intuition, which may be wrong or insufficient.
