I aggravated previously slipped discs picking up my young baby, which sent my back muscles into very painful spasm. I did not have time to wait for an nhs referral for physio but was offered an appointment at the clinic within 15 minutes of calling. I had 8 sessions in total and felt relief even after the first session, which was a great result. Darren and the team were great and very accommodating of my having to take my young baby along to my sessions.
