The team at Tonic have been nothing but amazing. So much information, regular appointments. Super responsive to emails and queries. You could not ask for a better service and care.
I will definitely be using them again in the future and already am recommending them to friends and on social media.

I cannot praise Mr Awad or Tonic enough!
I am currently 10 days PO and feel amazing. The surgery went ahead without any complications and the team were so welcoming and friendly, I was put at ease from the minute I walked through the door to when I was discharged.
I originally spoke to Lydia to enquire and book my surgery and she was so friendly and informative and was always happy to answer any questions I had.
I know private is different but cannot explain the organisation and care of everyone at Burcott hall and Tonic.
There was no waiting around and they were prepared for every stage.
Mr Awad was extremely informative both before with what to expect and after on how the operation went.
I had researched having a gastric sleeve for over a year and spoke to 4 different surgeons before making my choice to go with Tonic. I waited particularly to have Mr Awad as my surgeon after reading all the reviews and speaking to him on the phone.
So far my experience with Tonic has been 10/10 and cannot fault any part of my journey so far.

Fantastic experience with Tonic, the pre and aftercare has been amazing and the care I received in hospital was an extremely high standard.
An amazing company that makes you feel like like they really want you to succeed.
No hard sale, just great care.
My results so far have been better than I ever imagined, wish I had done this years ago.
If you’re unsure if Tonic is the company to go with just do it!

The nurses were great, very thorough. In my opinion the nurses couldn’t do any more for you.

Fabulous team fabulous place, clean and well kempt.
my only problem was my bed was not long enough, i am 5ft 8in and had to keep my legs bent all night as feet were pressing on the bottom board. this was uncomfortable however nothing could be done, maybe get a bariatric bed in place?

Lovely hospital. Clean and comfortable and temperature in my room was perfect even in the heatwave! Staff we’re always around and helpful.
