Fantastic experience with Tonic, the pre and aftercare has been amazing and the care I received in hospital was an extremely high standard.
An amazing company that makes you feel like like they really want you to succeed.
No hard sale, just great care.
My results so far have been better than I ever imagined, wish I had done this years ago.
If you’re unsure if Tonic is the company to go with just do it!

The nurses were great, very thorough. In my opinion the nurses couldn’t do any more for you.

Fabulous team fabulous place, clean and well kempt.
my only problem was my bed was not long enough, i am 5ft 8in and had to keep my legs bent all night as feet were pressing on the bottom board. this was uncomfortable however nothing could be done, maybe get a bariatric bed in place?

Lovely hospital. Clean and comfortable and temperature in my room was perfect even in the heatwave! Staff we’re always around and helpful.

From the very first contact, Tonic have been professional, approachable and have offered me individualised care. Any question I asked was answered in a timely and clear manner. If they have said that they would do something, I was confident that it would be done.
Really friendly staff, all with approachable personalities and a sense of humour. I was a very nervous patient who had struggled with weight issues for many years, they put me at ease and I now have my life back, Thanks to all of you, you do an amazing job and function really well as a team.
The only point I would like to comment on less positively was that the hospital stay was really hot in temperature on the ward and a lack of fresh air.

It’s been almost two weeks since my gastrectomy sleeve operation with Mr Awad. I can’t put into words just how grateful I am to Mr Awad, the anaesthetist and the whole team at Burcot Hall and the team at Tonic (especially Cat Bevin). From start to finish everything has gone seamlessly. Mr Awad is the utmost professional with so much compassion and enthusiasm. I put my complete trust in him and the team. After doing lots of research beforehand..I would have travelled anywhere for him to be my surgeon. (I travelled almost 200 miles and would again). I’ve followed his instructions to the tea and up to now (touch wood), I haven’t had any problems. I also put my complete trust in the anaesthetist who put me as complete ease about my high blood pressure and he was right, he did look after me and I’ll be eternally grateful to you all. Mr Awad truly is a life saver and this really is (already) one of the best decisions I could have made for myself and my future health. The Tonic team are always in touch with me to walk me through the next steps and the nurse, Debbie, was amazing the week after my op (and is always on hand should I need her in the future). To the whole team, thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me my life back. I would 100 per cent recommend both Tonic and Mr Awad for anyone thinking about bariatric surgery.

Very clean, super friendly and calming staff members who definitely reassure you throughout your whole experience at Tonic Burcott Hall.
