I was anxious as I imagine many would be patients are but the minute I entered under the umbrella of care that Tonic Surgery provided at Derby Royal Infirmary my anxiety dissipated. I cannot speak highly enough of the kind , caring and thoroughly professional manner I was dealt with in my short stay at DRI. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the team at DRI. From the minute I arrived they kept me informed and cared for as if I was a member of the family. I really wish all hospitals were like this.
Everyone seemed so happy and pleased to be there and there was genuine warmth I felt between the staff and patients and some of then even laughed at my poor jokes......which is a bonus. Tonic was just that a Tonic that uplifted me and made me feel important and wanted when I was anxious. I will never forget my experience with Tonic and would recommend in a heartbeat Tonic Surgery.
