Since contacting Tonic about gastric sleeve surgery, I have had nothing but positivity from them. All staff have been highly professional, quick to respond to any queries or concerns, knowledgeable in their specific areas eg Surgical, Dietary, Admininstrative, Nursing, Psychology, Fitness and more. I am only 5 days past operation but I know that the standard of care that I receive will still continue at this high standard. I was well looked after from the moment I started the enquiry process to the moment I left the hospital. I was treated with respect and dignity at all times and nothing was a problem. The care then continued after this and will continue to do so, highly impressed by this company and I have made the best decision to have my surgery with them. The aftercare so far has been exceptional. A big Thank you Tonic !
