I first asked to see Mr Almeyda on the telephone and was given an appt at Spire Hospital in December which I attended and found the correct location was the ENT Clinic. Someone at Spire kindly cancelled that appointment for me. The following day I called the ENT Clinic and they said they had sent a follow-up email showing the appt was at The ENT Clinic. I did not receive this as the email address had been mistyped. Following a successful appt at the ENT Clinic later in the month I received a copy of the invoice showing an incorrect home address. Later I received a letter detailing my symptoms and treatment that would be copied to my GP but the GP and surgery shown at the foot of the letter were incorrect. All of these admin problems required considerable amounts of my time going to the wrong place and then writing emails and telephoning to put things right! No problems at all with the medical bit just the admin which is disappointing.
