This place should be closed down. Uncaring staff and apparently part time NHS doctors. When I arrived, I stated I was a returning registered patient and could I see someone who could look at my swollen ankles, feet and calf muscles. “What kind of doctor do you want to see?” “I don’t know! I’ve told you what’s wrong with me. You should advise me and make the appointment.” “Email us” I sent photos…no response I followed up…no response Finally, the office manager phoned. Made an appointment for me to see a GP and could not go forward until I gave a credit card to pay the £103 bill. 4 hours before my appointment, I got a call to say the doctor could not make the appointment as he was too busy with his NHS patients. As stated, this place should be closed down IMMEDIATELY
