This place should be closed down.
Uncaring staff and apparently part time NHS doctors.
When I arrived, I stated I was a returning registered patient and could I see someone who could look at my swollen ankles, feet and calf muscles.
“What kind of doctor do you want to see?”
“I don’t know! I’ve told you what’s wrong with me. You should advise me and make the appointment.”
“Email us”
I sent photos…no response
I followed up…no response
Finally, the office manager phoned. Made an appointment for me to see a GP and could not go forward until I gave a credit card to pay the £103 bill.
4 hours before my appointment, I got a call to say the doctor could not make the appointment as he was too busy with his NHS patients.
As stated, this place should be closed down IMMEDIATELY

No problems with clinic. Delighted clinic exists as really very difficult to see relevent health professional and often a very long wait nowadays. Process seemed very straightforward and efficient. All staff kind and helpful.

Very pleased with the care given by all staff at Tayside.
Dr Affleck explained the whole procedure clearly and accurately and continued to be attentive and talked through everything at each stage of the treatment and was ably assisted by nurse Claire.
Both were very efficient and worked in a competent and friendly manner.
I am still awaiting the final results as stitches are still in place with bruising and swelling around the site.

The clinic atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are very helpful.
Any questions are dealt with pleasantly and efficiently.

Self referred to Tayside Complete Health. Lovely clinics, very clean and spacious. All staff very professional and easy to access. Was teated with dignity throughout my care and can highly recommend. Thank you to everyone involved.
