I suffered a sacroiliac injury that caused extreme pain and I could only sleep for an hour or so each night before getting up and walking around and trying to sleep again. After extensive tests, MRI scans etc. I was recommended to see a high impact physiotherapist. I went to Synergy at St John’s Woking, where I was seen by Ruth Stubbs. After just one session I got a good night’s sleep and after around 8 sessions I was handed over to Any Cornelius for further rehabilitation and strengthening. I am extremely active, a horse rider and play golf, and am absolutely happy to recommend Synergy St John’s Woking where I found everyone to be extremely professional, helpful and supportive. From being told I may not be able to ride, I can now ride twice a week and play golf and will soon be back to doing more in a short period of time. A special thank you to Ruth and Andy for getting me back to what I was doing before. I will continue using Synergy St John’s Woking to maintain and improve my physicality.
