I live in London and had a calf strain as I was walking in the underground station, I instantly could not walk and had to lean on a train station employee to hop up the stairs (no lift!) and out of the station into a taxi. I went to hospital emmergency treatment, but was sent back with advice to rest and have physio. My legs and my movement got worse over time, and I had not heard from the NHS for my physio appointment. I eventually decided to go private with Synergy, and this was a good decision. I was immediately seen, assessed and treated the day after I booked my appointment online. Ruth Stubbs understood my needs and conditions immediately and we worked together to put me back on my feet. Four weeks later, I was able to go back on my 6 miles walk in the country. The confidence this clinic gave me was invaluable, and they helped me understand my problems so I can deal with them better. NHS offered me my first physio appointment two weeks after I was discharged from Synergy. That's the difference. To walk or not to walk. Highly recommended.
