From the initial consultation with Dr Neal I felt he was genuinely empathetic and answered all my questions providing me with strong reassurance. Throughout the TMS at the Smart Clinic Dr Neal was easily approachable, supportive and provided appropriate follow up care. The whole team including Dr Neal, Sywlia my TMS technician, managerial and reception staff were excellent and welcoming.Would very much recommend both TMS and the Smart Clinic Kensington for anyone considering this approach as I was exceptionally pleased with the outcomes
