Did not do rTMS in this clinic but want to reassure people as I used reviews from this website to calm and reassure myself. I had anxiety and panic attacks which started happening after I felt intense dizziness and lightheadedness (panic attacks began because I did not know the cause of these symptoms). I did a full treatment in a shorter amount of time and sometimes two sessions a day. I did not see a big improvement, maybe 30% of my anxiety did go away but I can't tell to what extent rTMS played role in it. I was worried that this treatment will somehow affect my thoughts and personality, however it did not happen. I did not feel tired after the treatment and the only side effect I had was burning sensation on my scalp and very stiff neck from sitting in one position for 30 mins. Now it has been two months since symptoms began and about 1.5 month since treatment. Dizziness and light headiness did gradually reduce in intensity and changed many many times how I experienced them but I still get them about once - twice a day. I also had symptoms of choking, chest pain, palpitations, hot/cold flashes, feeling of unreality, depersonalisation, blurry vision, tingling, numbness and probably ten other anxiety related symptoms. It seems all to be related to anxiety, however the whole story began when I was sitting at my laptop and suddenly I felt like I gonna faint. Since then like a switch my anxiety switched on and in addition to light headiness and dizziness I had really bad tension all around my head and face. I was checked for many health problems and there was nothing except for elevated haemoglobin, red blood cell count, vitamin B12 and thyroid hormones which could be due my E-cigarette usage and multivitamin supplement (I also had lowered or elevated bicarbonate). Now I also started to have hives all over my body and my muscles twitch in the evening. Also already for a year I had hypnogogic hallucinations, however EEG did not support this. As I said my anxiety and panic attacks did reduce in frequency and intensity and I can control them better now, thanks to psychologist. Cause of these symptoms was not found but some theories are that it was from excessive drinking/smoking a week prior to the episode or a middle ear inflammation from loud music or water that got trapped inside. If I do find the cause, definitely will update the review, however now it seems just be an anxiety Hope this review helps
