Outside of the long waiting times which I understand because of the number of patients they receive, everything went smoothly.
I was generally anxious about the appointment however, Dr Theresa was very patient and understanding and was not dismissive like I feared.
The nurse who I also worked with, Sally was also very patient kind and prompt during the titration process even through the multiple medication changes and still not finding the right dose.
I am very happy with how it how it all worked out and I will recommend this service to anyone!
