Hello, i am thankful for your service as a right to choose patient. i would be waiting another two years for a diagnoses , i finally have clarity around myself and why i am the way i am. game changer in my life, so much more self compassion.
i am very thankful for all the staff who have helped me on my way.
i would recommend also have a human voice call as I'm not great with tech and find it easier talking to a human to understand stuff. thank you

We understand that an online service does not suit all our patients, but it sounds as though you have managed to use our patient portal successfully, despite struggling a little with technology, and that you have been able to seek help from our staff when needed.
