I was assessed by my Psychiatrist, Dr Soumaya Nasser El Din; it was a very early appointment (6am) which accommodated me going to work without being late. I was incredibly grateful for that. She was patient, understanding and kind. I was then assigned a prescriber - Colleen Hume, an ADHD Titration Nurse. She was absolutely phenomenal! She kept me informed every step of the way with medication changes and shortages and forms I needed to complete. She patiently explained things to me when my brain refused to compute the information shared. The service I have received has all been online via one zoom meeting for the initial assessment and then via the portal for all prescription communications. I feel that I have been well supported and all my concerns however small were taken seriously. I am especially grateful to Colleen, she is exactly what an ADHD Titration Nurse should be. Thank you for looking after me so well.
