The process was actually a lot faster then I was expecting it to be. I am very happy about this cause I had mentally prepared myself to be waiting years to be assessed. When it came to me giving them extra information and filling out questionnaires, they gave me all the time in world which is great for people who have work, struggle with procrastination or have a poor attention span like I do.

Although we do of course have a waiting list, as an online company we can very often see patients quicker than local services. Forms are often where patients struggle, so it is good to hear that you felt unhurried and able to complete them in your own good time. I will pass your feedback to our relevant teams.
