I want to say thank you to Tracie Simpson. Despite only having contact through message she made me feel calm and supported throughout the titration. I started titration at the worst time, during the shortage. She suggested trying a different medication to what I was supposed to be on and it worked! I am so happy that this decision was made because it saved me waiting and suffering for longer than necessary.
She understood my concerns throughout my titration and explained everything and replies very quickly even out of hours. She is so professional and kind.
I am really pleased with the service and my life has changed for the better.
Sorry I didn’t get a proper chance to say thank you through the portal before I got discharged so I hope my message can be delivered!
I want to say thank you so much Tracie. You have had a massive part in changing my life. Thank you for your professionalism and patience. I wish all the best to you!
