I was seen by Psychiatry UK for an adult ADHD diagnosis. After a first assessment I was not given my expected diagnosis and recommendation by the Doctor. I raised my concerns to their team and somebody got into contact with me within hours. I was informed Psychiatry UK cannot offer second opinions, however I was granted another follow-up appointment to go into more depth of what I was experiencing. Following that appointment, I was given my official diagnosis. I am so thankful for the care and consideration of the staff at Psychiatry UK. I was treated like a person and not a case or number. Even though they do not have enough resources, their care was amazing. Thank you!
